GriddleOS ("we", "our", or "us") operates the GriddleOS restaurant management platform, including the owner dashboard, staff mobile and web application, and integrations with third-party point-of-sale systems such as Clover (collectively, the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.
Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, or that is synced to us through a connected point-of-sale integration, when using the Service:
- Account Information: Email address and login credentials provided by you or your employer
- Work Data: Availability schedules, shift preferences, and related work scheduling information
- POS Integration Data: When you connect a point-of-sale system (such as Clover) to your GriddleOS account, we collect and sync order history, menu items, inventory levels, and sales/transaction data associated with your restaurant
- Device Information: Basic device identifiers for authentication and security purposes
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the Service
- Authenticate your access to the application
- Enable scheduling and availability management features
- Communicate with you about your account or the Service
- Improve and optimize the Service
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your work availability and scheduling data is shared only with your employer through the GriddleOS platform as part of the Service functionality.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data transmission is encrypted using industry-standard protocols.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to (a) provide the Service to you and your employer; (b) comply with our legal obligations; (c) resolve disputes; and (d) enforce the terms of any agreement we have with you or your employer. If you wish to delete your account, please contact your employer or our support team.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as browser local storage) to authenticate your session, remember your preferences, and help keep your account secure.
